These terms govern your use of the Built by SEO website (builtbyseo.com) and all apps published by Paul Lovell, including IndexNow Sync, Google Indexing, and Google Search Console Plus. By accessing this site or installing any app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of this site

By accessing builtbyseo.com you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not use this site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it or interfere with other users.

2. App installation and HubSpot marketplace

By installing any of our HubSpot apps you agree to these terms and to the HubSpot Marketplace Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the apps within your HubSpot portal complies with your applicable HubSpot subscription terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid apps operate on a subscription basis, billed via Stripe. Subscription fees and billing intervals are displayed on each app's pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and no pro-rata refunds are issued for unused time.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs or data you do not own or have permission to submit
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse APIs connected to the apps
• Use the apps or site for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the apps
• Resell or sublicence access to the apps without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these terms.

5. Licence

Subject to these terms and an active subscription (where applicable), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the apps for their intended purpose. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, or distribute the apps.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the apps available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any app with reasonable notice, except where urgent security or legal reasons require immediate action.

7. Third-party services

The apps interact with third-party platforms including HubSpot, Bing, and Google. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those platforms. Indexing outcomes depend entirely on Bing's and Google's own systems and discretion — we make no guarantees about whether or when submitted URLs will be indexed.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The apps and site content are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the apps will meet your requirements, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that any errors will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paul Lovell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of rankings, traffic, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the apps or site. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site and within the apps — including text, code, design, and logos — is the property of Paul Lovell unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made. Continued use of the site or apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
